GENERAL INFO
Wear comfortable clothing - something easy to move in.
No food or open containers are allowed in the practice studio.
We encourage students to bring their own yoga mat; however, loaner mats are available at no charge.
You may bring a water bottle and hand towel. All other props are provided.
There is a restroom available that may be used as a changing space.
STUDIO POLICIES
Please silence cell phones/Apple watches, etc. before entering Moon Yoga -let’s get present!
Arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in.
New students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in their first class so please arrive a few minutes early, if you signed up online this form will be filled out online then.
Please keep voice low when another class is in session.
Every student is required to sign in at the front desk.
Remove shoes prior to entering the studio classroom
Leave your used rental mat/props in the mat basket and your instructor will take care of that for you.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND INJURIES
Anyone with serious medical conditions or injuries should consult a physician before participating in a yoga class. Moon Yoga Studio classes offer a therapeutic practice but we also encourage you to listen to your body (not the ego) and take the appropriate modifications. Your teacher will have modifications if he/she feels you need them. Don’t hesitate to ask questions! The practice should not hurt. It is your responsibility to inform us if you are pregnant or have any injuries prior to the start of class.
YOUNG STUDENT POLICY
Any student under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the waiver.
Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age and older. Students under 16 years of age may attend classes when a parent or guardian is in attendance for the same class.
** Minors may not sit in the reception area while the parent or guardian takes a class. The Moon Yoga Studio/Life is Sweet Massage Therapy desk staff are not authorized to supervise children.**.
WORKSHOP/CLASS/SERIES CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We take pride in our preparation and teachers time for workshops and series’. Unfortunately, we will not be giving refunds for any cancellations for special events, workshops or series. Be be sure when you sign up. Teachers typically prep for the correct amount of students.
Emergency cancellation requests must be made by email to: Amber@moonyogamo.com or by calling 573-449-8137.
Workshops could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If the workshop is cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.
REGULAR CLASS CANCELLATIONS are possible up until class start time. The student can cancel by calling 573-449-8137 or online. You will not be charged for class if you cancel. If you don’t show up you will be charged full price. Thank you!
MEMBERSHIPS and PACKAGES are NOT shareable or transferable. You are welcome to share a saved form of payment.
